2012 School of Rock Foundation Survey
Friends of the School of Rock Foundation, below you will find a link for the 2012 Survey. We appreciate you taking just 5 minutes to complete the questions. The results of this survey will be used in the planning of future events and to improve our commitment and outreach to young musicians.

The 2012 SoRF Scholarship Applications are ready!
The School of Rock Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 which raises money to assist students in financial need who might not otherwise be able to pursue a musical education. We sponsor scholarship programs to this end. The application process includes filling out the SoRF Application, providing two letters of recommendation and a copy of the student’s most recent report card. Potential recipients must also submit copies of their parent’s 2010 & 2011 Federal Tax Returns to determine the level of assistance the Foundation can provide.
The deadline for having your application completed and submitted to the Foundation is Monday, May 7, 2012.
